Confirmation of registration is sent out via email after you register. Please make sure you have provided us with a valid email address as this is our main form of communicating.
Payments & Deposits
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Payment in full must be received at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
Deposits are required with each registration; for summer camp the amount is $150.00 per program and $50.00 for programs that take place in the Winter, Spring or Fall months. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A registration is not considered complete until a deposit has been received.
Payment Plans are available upon request, an initial set-up fee of $25.00 is required. Payments are drafted from your credit/debit card on file, on the 1st or 15th of each month for the amount agreed upon by the registration office.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Email to email@example.com, fax to 828-687-1600 or mail to the address above.
Cancellations made 30 days or more from the beginning of the camp/program are eligible for a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 10 days from the beginning of the camp/program are eligible for a refund of half the program cost minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 10 days from the beginning of the camp/program are not eligible for a refund.
Special consideration may be given in the event of illness or other extenuating circumstances. Cancellations due to a participant or member of their immediate household contracting COVID-19 or under physician directed quarantine before attending camp are eligible for a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.

You may also submit this application online when registering for a program. Please make sure that the application is filled out in its entirety, applications that are incomplete will not be accepted.

Every adult participant is asked to sign a liability waiver, these are available at check in.
Cancellations to a registration made due to inclement weather are not subject to a refund, unless the cancellation is issued by NovusWay. The safety of our guest is of the upmost importance to us, that is why Program Staff watch weather and road conditions very closely to determine if a program should be cancelled. Typically, camp will remain open unless the interstates and highways leading into the city are closed by the Highway Patrol. In the event of a NovusWay cancellation a full refund will be given, all other instances will be evaluated on a case by case basis upon requsest.
