Therapeutic Riding Lessons

Therapeutic riding at Lutheranch provides the opportunity for youth and adults with developmental and physical disabilities to participate in Western or English Riding lessons. Our certified instructors and well trained volunteers and horses ensure that participants learn life skills as well as riding skills in a safe, fun and challenging environment.

Guided Trail Rides

Come experience West Georgia on horseback. Bring your family, friends or corporate group out to the Ranch for a two-hour trail ride experience. We provide trained guides, friendly horses and over 500 acres of beautiful terrain to explore. Do you have your own horse? We invite you to come and ride the ranch for a minimal trail maintenance fee.

SEAT (Southeast Arena and Trail) Series Rides

Bring your horse to Lutheranch in the spring or fall to compete in a six mile trail ride with six judged obstacles or an arena obstacle challenge with eight judged obstacles.

Board your horse at Lutheranch where your horse will be safe, happy, comfortable and well cared for. Our quiet, friendly environment offers newly renovated, well bedded stalls with mats and 12 hours of daily turnout in small groups. An onsite barn manager provides 24/7 care for horses and amenities include a secure tack room, a covered arena with new footing, a lounge, a wash rack with hot and cold water and miles of trails.

Continuing Education Clinics

Lutheranch is the ideal location for CHA and PATH instructor certification and education clinics in all areas, from riding, to vaulting, to Equine Facilitated Mental Health and Learning. We provide a full package of amenities including meals and lodging so you can focus solely on learning. In addition, Lutheranch offers specialized clinics in various disciplines, such as dressage or barrel racing, for local riders.

Summer Horse Camps

Your child will connect with new friends, with Jesus and with horses at our overnight summer horse camps. English and Western riding lessons will be taught by certified instructors and tailored to your child’s experience level. Your child will spend all morning, every morning at the barn learning how to care for horses and developing their riding skills. Afternoons and evenings will be spent enjoying all the other fun summer camp activities at Lutheranch.

YOU can make a difference! The Lutheranch Equestrian Program needs YOU to serve as a horse leader, side walker, administrative assistant or facilities volunteer. You can make new friends, gain horsemanship skills, and have fun spending time outdoors while giving back to the community. No equine experience is necessary and monthly volunteer trainings are offered on the 3rd Monday and 3rd Saturday of each month.
