Grow in your servant leadership skills as you learn how to work with others and explore your personal style. You’ll have time together as a group to learn important skills.  Then put those skills to work planning and implementing programs for your group and the camp as a whole. Shadow a counselor and work with younger campers, design worship with our campers and plan and implement a special event.  Put your leadership to the test as the SALT of the earth here at the Ranch.
